Our Company History

IT Support Inc. was founded in 2002 by Mr. Shan Dholaria, a highly skilled and certified industry professional with a vision of delivering effective network services and solutions to organizations of all sizes. IT Support Inc. has since gone on to provide its business oriented network offerings to a list of steady growing clientele. IT Support Inc. provides professional network services using established information network architecture standards to both private and public sectors. IT Support Inc. provides services and solutions to an array of Hotels, Hospitals, and Multi-Tenant Buildings and apartment complexes.

Beginning in 2003, IT Support Inc. started installing HSIA (High Speed Internet Access) networks in hotels, Hospitals, Multi-tenant building & apartment complex. In order to provide the best technical support to these customers, IT Support Inc. started its own 24/7 Technical Support Center in 2004 and has continued to expand the support center staff to accommodate the growing number of hospitality industry clients we have welcomed to our company.

Early in 2005, IT Support Inc. embraced the vision of becoming a full-fledged solution provider and began forging relationships with strategic technology and software providers. Today we represent a wide variety of manufacturers and software providers and have developed a strong set of industry practices that leverage many different technology vendors.

As part of the new strategic vision, IT Support Inc. added our structured cabling and network solutions business to complete our business structure and truly become an end-to-end infrastructure solutions provider. Today, we offer a wide array of solutions in the areas of network assessments, network installation/implementation, wireless networks, Cisco network solutions, POS and property management systems implementation. We are truly an end-to-end infrastructure solutions company - from wire to user.

IT Support Inc. continues to expand into new technology realms and grow our partnerships to develop a comprehensive suite of solution and service offerings. We represent a multitude of manufacturers and software providers to provide you with a compelling portfolio of best-of-breed solutions.
