IT Support Inc. has been a vendor for all our Information Technology needs at OHM Hotels for the past 9 years. They have provided excellent support throughout those years making sure that we have best technology solutions at every hotel and also making sure we comply and exceed all our Franchises requirements.

In 2009 we opened two new hotels (Sheraton, Holiday Inn Express) and they were instrumental in getting the correct infrastructure in place, designing the information technology package and in providing continued on-going support to our staff and our guests.

IT Support Inc. currently supports our complete portfolio of 6 hotels and we will continue to use them in each of new ventures.

    Remote support

    IT Support Inc. provides 24 X 7 remote support and troubleshooting services that give you the greatest leverage for your IT budget. Sophisticated remote access tools and experienced technicians and engineers enable IT Support Inc. to resolve most IT problems without wasting time and expense by traveling to your site. We offer cost-effective remote support solutions to our clients for their critical business applications.

      Tier I Phone Support

      Tier I support provides live telephone support with support agents trained to assist customers who need help with hardware and software related products including: computers (desktops and laptops), hand-held devices, Operating Systems including Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS as well as desktop applications including Microsoft Office, Outlook and other email clients.

      Tier II Phone Support

      Tier II support provides live telephone support with support agents trained to assist customers with more complex IT related issues including configuration and troubleshooting hardware including: Computers, Servers, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and Wireless equipment. In addition, the Tier II support agents can assist with network configurations and other infrastructure related installation and configuration.

      Email Support

      Email support is provided for less time sensitive issues including support for IT procedures, delivery of Product Manuals, Driver and Firmware Upgrades and other services that can be performed on a more scheduled basis.

    On-site Support

    IT Support Inc. offers on-site support solutions such as trouble-shooting, intervention, installation and migration to ensure continued productivity and a solid return on investment. We also provide onsite support to those clients who need constant monitoring and maintenance of the system at their site. (See Managed Services for more details)

    We carefully choose experts who are skilled in client interaction, to provide technical as well as functional support. These work along with the client to provide time and cost effective solutions maximizing the returns of the client's money.

HSIA Support

The right High Speed Internet (HSIA) implementation provides trouble free high speed access to guests and visitors.
